Our house-made Gnocchi Sweet Potato are a specialised take on the traditional Italian classic. Cooking Instructions: Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Add gnocchi and cook until they rise to the surface (approximately 2–3 minutes). Remove with a slotted spoon or drain immediately and toss gently with your favourite Eat Italia sauce.
