Our house-made Gnocchi Sweet Potato combine traditional Italian craftsmanship with the rich flavour of real sweet potato, creating a soft, pillowy gnocchi with a naturally delicate sweetness. Made using quality ingredients and prepared for consistent results, the 5 kg format is ideal for restaurants, caterers, events and large family gatherings. Versatile and full of flavour, they bring a unique twist to classic Italian dishes while maintaining authentic homemade character. Perfect served with Napoli, Mushroom Sauce, Bolognese or spicy Amatriciana sauces. Traditional Italian comfort food with a refined sweet potato twist.

Cooking Instructions: Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Add gnocchi and cook until they rise to the surface (approximately 2–3 minutes). Remove with a slotted spoon or drain immediately and toss gently with your favourite Eat Italia sauce.
