Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Cover the eggplant parmigiana tray with foil and place in the oven.

Heat for approximately 40 minutes or until warmed through and hot in the centre.

Remove foil and bake for additional 10 minutes if you prefer a golden, slightly crisp top.

Allow to stand for a few minutes before serving.
