Our famous Agnolotti filled with Spinach & Ricotta is such a delectable pasta to keep in your freezer. A great meat-free option & all homemade.

While this amazing Pasta began in the Piedmont region of Italy we have been making these beauties for 30+ years here in Melbourne. 

The Agnolotti are best served with a plain sauce such as Napoli or Butter & Sage. This will really bring the amazing flavour of the filling out.

This item will arrive frozen. If not being used the same day as delivery, please freeze once you receive. 

Ingredients: Ricotta (Whey, Pasteurised Cow's Milk, Salt, Non-animal Rennet, Food Acid(260,270) And Starter Culture & Preservative (202)), Wheat Flour, Eggs Pasteurised, Durum Semolina (Hard Wheat Semolina), Spinach, Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurised Milk, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Cultures, Enzymes), Potato Flakes (Potatoes, Mono & Diglycerides(E471), Sodium Acid Phosphate(E450), Sodium Bisulphite(E222), Citric Acid(E330)), Salt, White Ground Pepper, Nutmeg.
