Cooking Instructions: Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Add tortellini and cook for 3–5 minutes, or until they float to the surface and are tender. Drain and toss immediately with your favourite sauce.

Beef tortellini also pairs beautifully with a rich Napoli sauce, creamy mushroom sauce, or a simple butter and sage finish.
