Crisp on the outside and flavour-packed on the inside, Olive all’Ascolana are a beloved speciality from the Marche region of Italy, known for their irresistible texture and bold taste. Our nduja filling elevates this traditional Italian stuffed olive to a whole new level.
Perfect as a starter, served with drinks, or added to an antipasto platter, these stuffed olives are guaranteed to impress family and guests alike.
Cooking Instructions: Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-based saucepan to 180°C. Carefully place the olives into the hot oil and fry for approximately 4–5 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through. Remove and drain on paper towel before serving.
Serve hot and enjoy.
