Pumpkin Cannelloni - Vegetarian Classic
Our handmade Pumpkin Cannelloni is a comforting vegetarian classic, crafted with care and filled with a smooth blend of sweet pumpkin and creamy ricotta.
A perfect meat-free option to keep in your freezer for easy, wholesome meals.
Convenient, hearty and full of authentic flavour — just like Nonna would make.
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Spread a layer of sauce evenly across the base of an ovenproof dish.
- Arrange the cannelloni in a single layer over the sauce.
- Cover generously with additional sauce.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil.
- Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until heated through and tender.
For a golden finish, remove the foil during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
