Shaped like little "ears", our Orecchiette egg pasta is a traditional specialty from Southern Italy. These small, concave pasta pieces have a rustic texture that perfectly cradles sauces!

Perfectly pairs with our variety of sauces!

Durum Semolina (Hard Wheat Semolina),Wheat, Flour, Eggs Pasteurised, Water.

1. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil.
2. Add rigatoni and cook for 5 minutes, or until perfectly al dente.
3. Drain and toss immediately with your favourite sauce.
